3.     Continuously change the subject of a debate, provide intentionally misleading or false information or use blatant racist content or terms in Discussions, Forum comments or private communications while using the ragingdebate.com platform. Stick with the point of the Discussion and suggest Health solutions.
4.     Upload distribute, copy or content or otherwise use unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material, junk mail, advertising bots, pyramid schemes or any other form of direct or indirect solicitation. You advertise without specific ragingdebate.com consent, expect a permanent banning of I.P. and legal consequences.
5.     Upload, copy, distribute, share, or software programs of any kind, including but not limited to viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other malicious computer code that is designed to interrupt, undermine, destroy, or limit the functionality of any user of ragingdebate.com or RagingDebate, LLP technology that facilitates communication between users, including hardware or software. You agree that in doing so you will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
6.     Include in your user screen name any personal information including first or last name, street address, URL or email address.
7.     Disclose your password or transfer your account to any third-party, or allow any third-party to access your account.
8.     Impersonate any person or entity specifically law enforcement, ragingdebate.com or RagingDebate, LLP employee, ragingdebate.com designated primary article contributor, or politician, business or civil leader.
9.     Access the Service by any means other than through the interface provided by ragingdebate.com for use in accessing the service. This includes not using or launching any automated system, including without limitation any spider, or automated script or robot that accesses the service in a way that sends multiple request messages to the ragingdebate.com or Raging Debate, LLP servers as a mass promotion, harmful code that inhibits user experience or is outright criminal. You understand and agree that by doing so, you will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Search engines Google, Yahoo and Microsoft are excluded and other search engines and meta-engines that view ragingdebate.com content and wish content redistribution rights shall be authorized on a case by case basis by ragingdebate.com management only.
10.     Collect, harvest or attempt to harvest, personally identifiable information, including user account information except for a user profile screen name, from the service.
11.     Attempt to disable or interfere with any security feature of the service.

    You acknowledge and agree that ragingdebate.com service contains proprietary technology owned by RagingDebate, LLP. RagingDebate, LLP is a registered Trade Name in the State of New Hampshire, protected under U.S. intellectual property right laws. You are not granted any right or license with respect to the trade name of RagingDebate, LLP, in authorizing this agreement. Rebroadcasting of intellectual content such as news articles must include the originating source including the article URL and originating author of the news article. Content that is written by you including but not limited to articles, Discussions and comments remain your intellectual property with ragingdebate.com and Raging Debate, LLP provided the full right to redistribute such content to the public at will and discretion.

Inaccurate Content Disclaimer

    You acknowledge and agree that uploading of content to ragingdebate.com is done at will and at your own personal risk. ragingdebate.com and RagingDebate, LLP shall not be held liable for damages, losses, or injury relating to your publishing of content in any way. ragingdebate.com and RagingDebate, LLP shall not be held liable for any inaccurate, misleading or outright untrue content posted on the site or in connection with the service, by users, members, or any third-party.

Third-Parties

    ragingdebate.com or Raging Debate, LLP. sponsors will send you promotional content based on your registration information and profile data. Third parties are not provided your email address. We do not guarantee, warrant, explicitly endorse, or assume performance liabilities for advertising content, products, or additional services advertised. However, Raging Debate, LLP. screens corporate sponsors prior to accepting any advertising on our network. Promotional content we accept must have value such as offering discounts on Health related products. Your communication with, or cooperation with corporate sponsors or third parties you choose to talk to are completely at your discretion.

Primary Disclaimers

    You understand and agree that ragingdebate.com & Raging Debate, LLP. services are provided on an "AT WILL" and "AS IS" basis. To the full extent permitted by applicable State or Federal law, ragingdebate.com and RagingDebate, LLP disclaim all warranties, implied or expressly stated regarding it's current or future functionality. ragingdebate.com & RagingDebate, LLP do not guarantee at any time 100% up-time or that your service may not be interrupted due to Acts of God or other events deemed by State or Federal Court(s) as beyond our control. Further, ragingdebate.com and RagingDebate, LLP make no guarantee that the service will be free from destruction, corruption, viruses, worms, bugs, denial-of-service attacks, hacking, or other security breaches; and RagingDebate, LLP disclaims all liability relating to such attacks on any service users or employees.

Agreement Term

    This Agreement (TOS) shall remain in full force and effect indefinitely while you use the ragingdebate.com & Raging Debate, LLP services as a registered, agreed upon user. You may terminate your User/Membership and privileges for any reason, by emailing us at remove@ragingdebate.com . Your request to terminate this agreement with ragingdebate.com will be granted within 3 business days of receipt.
