I disagree that this site was "easy" to set up.  It has nuances to it that I have not seen elsewhere.  It is always easier to show a finished product to a web designer and have them say, "oh, that's easy to do" Versus starting from scratch.

Starting from scratch somebody could have wanted anywhere from 5 grand to 50 grand to set it up, plus monthly retainer as well.

Anyhow, I don't Pump Gas either, I don't work at a Truckstop, and you obviously canot read for comprehension. The other side of the family assigned as farmers whose fruits the Confederates took. Two children of that side starved. Both sides of the family raped and robbed of their land by scumbag Carpetbaggers and low-brow Bummers after the War. None owned slaves.

Do travel, following the weather from one coast to the other. Hate cold weather! Have eclectic tastes, but would not say eccentric.

The South used to be a great place, until forced integration and the later invasion from the North perverted much of it. People are still nicer, kinder, and more polite there than most places, but craven rudeness and hateful atheism and lustful materialism that Yankees bring with them are beginning to take over.

Still a few holdouts, but the oneness, statist crowd runs much of the South, as they do elsewhere.

And no I am not a student of the Science of Personality through Writing, but I am a student of Southern
culture and your prose blared Southern  sweet molasses smooth dialect  masking subtle condescension.

But I must admit , I pegged your class marker wrong.

I had you lumped in with the Jimmah Cawta genre of Southerner who made their family fortunes first off the  labor of  slaves and then after reconstruction from  the slaves of labor e.g. share-cropping , tenant farming.

As you  well know ,the landed would-be Southern gentry led the small farmer in revolt against the tyranny of centralize government resulting in an entire generation of able-bodied young men slaughtered which in turn gave the gold backed war pimps prime opportunity to snatch up all the war dead's failed and abandoned farms usually by simply the paying back taxes owed.

Create a storm  an then profit from the devastation caused.

Eventually this type of opportunist vowed ermin owned all the land hence the labor and controlled the banks thereby controlling all things political in the South.

A lot of ignorant people equate the piousness of the pseudo-liberal Southerner e.g Jimmy Carter Family with a Christian  desire to help the poor, but I believe Jimmah and ilk suffer from guilt for all injustices visited on the impoverished by their families more so than any sense of right and wrong.

Jimmah's family not only owned the land , the tenant houses but also the commissary in which the tenant farmers shopped and more often than not the poor dirt farmer owed the the Cawta's  more for food staples and  dry goods than they earned from their share of the crop.

To say the  tenant housing was dilapidated  would be a gross understatement of the greatest magnitude. Many had only dirt for flooring and none had electricity or indoor plumbing, meaning no water or toilet.

Yes,Jimmah and ilk   wants to give back , just not his money, but others in penance for their families past transgression against humanity.

But I digress.

My story is one of a  former productive-gone Galt- member of society who has become absolutely fed up with never being able to  own  property outright without paying a yearly tribute to the police state for the privilege of retaining my delusion of ownership.

I've broke my back and busted my bones all in a futile effort to realize the "American dream" of owning a piece of land nobody could take away Finally waking up to the fact that you can never own doodly squat without the  government extracting their ever increasing exorbitant ownership fee was a long time coming, but better late than never.

I  have  clean deed on 142 acres of rural Southern forest land with pond, two creeks and several outbuildings which are quickly  becoming little more than a tax burden as the "best and brightest" steadily increase  to millage rates as a cover for their incompetent management skills.

The paper shuffling buck passing bureau-rats have  sacrificed  fiscal responsibility at the Greater Good alter of Self Enrichment and now expect to raise it back from the dead with what remains of the wealth of the working class.

And the prospects of selling out for a decent price is diminishing  daily as the no credit is available  for anyone seeking  land ...not to mention the market is saturated with damn near everything being for  sale 'round here.

I have considered advertising a  2 for 1 acreage swap with a landowner in a western or mid-western state.

This  part of the South is in for world of hurt and all due to hubris of the  "we know best"  political /banking class and their delusions of grandeur.
