I believe you are right. Obama will probably not do it. i think it will take a new president to initiate this audit. Obama will never do it. Why? Because he is so involved with what the Federal Reserve is doing. This is why he was elected. Obama made a promise to the Federal Reserve that he would bail out the banks.
This is Obama's style. All one need do is look at Chicago Politics, and Obama and it becomes clear.

It appears that the Judge is allowing the case to go to the Court of Appeals without disclosing the records of the New York Fed to her. Needless to say I am disappointed. I also believe there needs to be a full disclosure. I have no doubt the squeeze was put on the Judge to do so, let's just say it was perhaps better for her continued good health. These people have done some illegal things to say the least, and will fight hard and mean to keep them secret.
I saw this a few weeks ago. Excellent video! I understood a great deal more after watching it. This would make a great film.
It takes a woman like Judge Preska to come forward and demand these records from the Fed. What a courageous woman!

Come on guys pick up your game. Of course they certainly destroyed Elliot Spitzer, a man of great courage. Ah yes,he did like sex. Oh well, many men do. How about Mr. Clinton a decent president. What I really am getting at is these guys play hard ball. Our good lady Judge better be looking over her shoulder, and have someone she trusts to watch her back.
